Jim Brown
Lead Pastor
Jim has served at Grace as Lead Pastor since 1996. But beyond his calling to ministry, Jim’s greatest passions are found much closer to home—his love for God and his deep devotion to his family. He has been married to his college sweetheart, Anne, for 38 years, and together they have built a family they treasure. Their children are Josh and his wife Jess, Hannah and her husband Johnny, and Isaiah and his wife Lauren. Jim and Anne are also proud grandparents to six grandchildren, who bring them endless joy.
When he’s not serving the church, Jim enjoys running, hunting, fishing, woodworking, spending time at the lake, and—most of all— time with his wife and making memories with his grandchildren. A lifelong sports fan, Jim proudly cheers for the Washington Commanders, Baltimore Orioles, and Maryland Terrapins.
